Social Media Automator is the in-house content tool for the band Cain & Co. It turns a shared library of photos and video into a scheduled calendar of posts for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok — and reports back on how each one performed.

Upload media
Drop show photos, rehearsal clips and studio video into one media library. Every asset is checked against each platform's format and length limits before it can be scheduled.

Plan the calendar
Draft captions from reusable per-platform templates, tag collaborators, pick music for Reels, and move posts around the calendar until the week looks right.

Publish and measure
Posts go out automatically at their scheduled time through each platform's official API. Reach, views and engagement flow back into a single insights view.
What's inside
- Multi-platform publishing
- Instagram photos, carousels, Reels and Stories; Facebook Page posts; YouTube uploads; and TikTok video — each published through the platform's own developer API, never by automating a browser.
- Scheduling with retries
- A background queue publishes at the planned time and retries transparently when a platform is rate-limiting or still processing a video.
- Caption templates
- Per-platform templates keep hashtags, credits and calls to action consistent, with per-user overrides for anyone who likes to do it their own way.
- Performance insights
- Post-level metrics are pulled back from each platform so the band can see which songs, venues and formats actually land with the audience.
- Bulk import API
- A JSON API creates whole batches of planned posts from external media URLs, so a tour's worth of content can be loaded in one go.
- Private by design
- Accounts are created by invitation only. The app publishes to accounts the band owns and never posts on anyone else's behalf.
